This video from Juice Media is really terrific. If you’re not familiar with them, they are generally fantastic, but they really knock it out of the park in the second half of this video as they describe the intersection of militarism, climate and finance, in particular how David Petraeus is involved with his private equity firm, utilizing his counterinsurgency tactics and strategy, against native peoples in western Canada in order to ensure pipelines are constructed.–Matthew Hoh
