A beautiful and very moving short film on the school and the US war crime in Minab sent to me by the Iranian filmmaker, whom I met in May 2022 at the Tehran Peace Museum, and remain in touch with.
He does not call out to blame one person or nation, and rather relates these children to all children killed in war.
He gave permission to share this video freely.–Anthony Donovan
Habib Ahmadzadeh is an Iranian filmmaker. After the 8-year war between Iran and Iraq ended, he was instrumental in building children playgrounds on both sides of rivers where Iraqi and Iranian children could hear and see each other laugh and play. He is now involved in the planning of the building not only the new school in Minab but the playground for it.
